Safety Protocol

Electrical Warning

Risk of electric shock. Always unplug the unit before cleaning. Keep power cords away from water sources throughout the 21-day cycle.

  • Only use the provided 12V DC power adapter.
  • Place on a stable surface at least 3 feet above floor level.
  • Maintain ambient room temperature between 20°C - 25°C.

Initial Setup

Step 1

Unpack

Remove all protective foam. Verify base, lid, 6 rollers, and adapter.

Step 2

Rollers

Insert rollers. Use narrow spacing for quail, standard for chicken.

Step 3

Power

Connect lid cable to base first, then plug into wall outlet.

Step 4

Test Run

Operate empty for 24 hours to verify temperature stability.

Operation Guide

Temp Logic

Default: 37.5°C. Press 'SET' and use +/- to adjust. Use internal probe calibration if needed.

Humidity

Displayed in %RH. Add water to Channel A or B. Surface area controls humidity level.

Turning

Auto-turn every 60-120 mins. Confirm by marking an 'X' on a test egg shell.

Chicken (21 Days)

Phase 1: Days 1-18

Temp: 37.5°C | RH: 50%

Automatic Turning Enabled.

Phase 2: Lockdown

Temp: 37.2°C | RH: 70%

Remove rollers. Stop Turning.

Maintenance

Bacteria is the enemy of a successful hatch. Professional cleaning between cycles is mandatory.

Unplug unit and remove all loose components.
Wipe base and rollers with 10% bleach solution.
DO NOT submerge the lid. Wipe with damp cloth only.
